Processing

It usually takes 3-5 business days to prepare your order. If processing time take longer than that, an email will be sent to your registered email box.

Shipping

We offer two shipping methods.

1. Postal Shipping: 10-20 Business Days, + 5$ USD
2. Express Shipping: 7-10 Business Days, + 18$ USD
3. Free US Standard delivery on order above $100
4. Collect from showrooms, $5 next day delivery

Custom Tax or Duty

Normally Diplomats will not be charged of any additional fees via regular mail. However, for some European countries, you may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

15 Days Easy Return & Exchange

Items (except final sale products,) can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered day.
Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Please contact us within 15 days starting from the day you receive your order.

2. Final sale products are not covered by warranty.

3. Returns must be received in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way, and in original box. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume or stains will be subjected to refusal.
4. Returned package without authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged.

6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned.

Order Cancellation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer refund within charging a 15% cancellation fees. We will process the refund within a week after receiving your return package. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Order Acceptance

Cameo reserves the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Both parties agree that, following order dispatch, transportation is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company. Typographical Errors

While Came strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur.  Cameo cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Cameo shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mis-priced,  We may, at our discretion, either
contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Force Majeure
